      Dried shrimp is a common ready to eat seafood snack with a fresh and fragrant taste. It is ready to eat after opening the bag. In large-scale production, microwave ovens are the core equipment for completing key processes such as drying, maturation, and sterilization. It relies on the principle of microwave penetration heating, which is different from traditional baking methods, and can stably achieve continuous processing, balancing food hygiene and product quality.
      Microwave ovens are mostly tunnel type continuous structures, with the main body made of food grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food production hygiene standards. The core of the equipment consists of a microwave generation system, a material conveying system, a temperature monitoring system, a dehumidification and cooling system, and a control system. During operation, each module works together to complete the baking process of dried shrimp.
      The equipment production process mainly consists of four steps: feeding, microwave baking, dehumidification and temperature control, and cooling and discharging. Before processing, the pre processed dried shrimp is evenly spread on a PTFE conveyor belt through an automatic feeding mechanism to avoid stacking and squeezing, and to maintain the integrity of the food form. Subsequently, the conveyor belt sends the material into the microwave chamber at an adjustable speed, and the microwave generated by the magnetron penetrates the shrimp body, causing high-frequency vibration and friction of internal water molecules to generate heat, achieving synchronous heating from the inside out, quickly completing dehydration, maturation, and sterilization, and solving the problems of traditional baking with dry exterior and wet interior, and uneven taste. During the baking process, the dehumidification system at the top of the chamber promptly releases water vapor to prevent the product from becoming damp again. The dried shrimp that has been baked enters the cooling section with the conveyor belt. After cooling down, it is smoothly discharged and can directly enter the subsequent seasoning and packaging process. The entire process is continuous and smooth, with stable processing time and efficiency.
      In terms of application scope, microwave baking equipment is suitable for a variety of small ready to eat seafood and leisure seafood snacks, with a wide range of applicable scenarios. In shrimp products, raw materials such as shrimp, basal shrimp, shrimp skin, and shrimp meat can be processed to complete dehydration, baking, drying, and sterilization. After processing, the dried shrimp shell and meat are moderately separated, with a bright color and chewy taste, which can better preserve the seafood and nutrients. In addition to shrimps, it is also suitable for small fishes such as small yellow croakers, sardine, whitebait, and shellfish products such as scallop meat, clam meat, etc., to realize the ripening, drying and sterilization of similar aquatic snacks.
