3. Parts list (BOM):
(1) List in detail the parts and components that make up the product, their models, ratings, and the name of the manufacturer;
(2) For insulating materials, the name of the raw material shall be provided;
(3) When the part has been approved by UL, please indicate the specific model and UL file number of the part;
4. Electrical performance: For electronic and electrical products, electrical schematic diagrams (circuit diagrams) and electrical performance tables are required;
5. Structure drawing: product structure drawing or exploded drawing, ingredient list, etc., and indicate the name and size of each part on the drawing;
6. Other: product photos, instructions for use, safety matters or installation instructions and other materials.
