    Radio EMC testing——ZRLK

    Author:中認聯科 time:2022-03-22 Ctr:1897

Radio, also known as radio and broadcasting, is composed of mechanical devices, electronic devices, magnets, etc. It is a machine that uses electrical energy to convert radio signals and can listen to the audio signals emitted by radio stations. Simply put, a radio is actually a receiver of radio broadcasts. However, for consideration of product quality and safety, such wireless products generally require EMC testing before entering the market.

    What is EMC testing?

EMC test is also called Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The full name is Electro Magnetic Compatibility, which refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the electromagnetic field interference (EMI) and anti-interference ability (EMS) of electronic products. It is one of the important indicators of product quality. The measurement of electromagnetic compatibility consists of a test site and a test instrument. The purpose of EMC testing is to detect the impact of electromagnetic radiation generated by electrical products on the human body, the public power grid and other electrical products that work normally.

The importance of handling EMC testing

EMC is a very important quality index. It is not only related to the working reliability and safety of the product itself, but also may affect the normal operation of other equipment and systems, and is related to the protection of the electromagnetic environment. The European Community government stipulates that from January 1, 1996, all electrical and electronic products must pass the EMC certification and affix the CE mark before they can be sold in the European Community market.
