7. The business license of the enterprise legal person needs to be stamped, and the introduction of the enterprise (production capacity, technical strength, quality control) needs to be stamped

8. The photocopy of the quality management system certificate is the ISO certificate, and the annual production status table of the radio enterprise (not required for Guangdong Province and foreign enterprises)
