What is SRRC?
SRRC is a mandatory certification requirement of the National Radio Regulatory Commission. All radio component products sold and used in China must obtain Radio Type Approval Certification (Radio Type Approval Certification). All radio transmission equipment exported to my country or produced domestically must undergo SRRC certification and indicate the wireless transmission equipment model approval code; each radio transmission equipment model is issued with a unique "radio transmission equipment type approval certificate" and approval code. If the product has changes in performance or main technical parameters, SRRC certification must be re-certified.
SRRC certification scope
1. Wireless type:
Radio communications, navigation, positioning, direction finding, radar, remote control, telemetry, broadcasting, television and other equipment that emits radio waves (but not industrial, scientific research, medical equipment, electrical transportation systems, high-voltage power lines, and others that can radiate electromagnetic waves Electrical appliances, etc.);
2. Equipment type:
Fixed communication equipment, public network mobile communication equipment, short-range (low power) transmission equipment, special mobile communication equipment, broadcast transmission equipment, aviation communication, navigation equipment, radar equipment, maritime communication, navigation equipment, satellite communication equipment. According to the clear requirements of Article 15 of the "E-Commerce Law", the Radio Commission began to conduct spot checks on platform products. All products with wireless communication functions such as WIFI and Bluetooth must pass the "Radio Transmitting Equipment Type Approval Certificate" before they are eligible for listing Sales.
Information required to apply for SRRC certification
1. Application form (two copies);
2. Power of attorney (two copies);
3. The customer's business license (Business license);
4. The number of prototypes depends on different products, of which three to five are required to lead out RF lines (ie radio frequency ports or SMA ports);
5. The customer’s ISO certificate or company profile and company capability description;
6. Product specifications, circuit diagrams, manuals, block diagrams, operating instructions, etc.;
7. Antenna Peak Gain and Antenna pattern;
8. Test direction (Test direction);
9. The company's business license (the annual inspection cannot expire);
10. Three color photos of EUT (must include each interface and each side);
11. Frequency channel comparison table (only provided if there are many working channels, such as DSSS or FHSS working mode products);
Note: The certificate is valid for five years. If the validity period expires, you need to apply again.
