The original requirements of FCC KDB 784748 D01 and American regulation 47 CFR 2.1074 (b) are as follows:
Instructions on FCC LOGO use
1. FCC has designed two versions of Logo, one for internal use of FCC institutions and the other for FCC certification;
2. The Logo used inside the FCC, as shown in Figure 1, all three letters of the FCC are diagonal designs, with three styles of black, blue and white;
3. The Logo used for FCC certification, as shown in Figure 2, the three letters of FCC are horizontal or vertical;

To sum up, the so-called FCC "new LOGO" is not a dedicated logo for FCC certification, that is to say, the FCC LOGO on the product has not changed, or it is the previous logo.
What is FCC certification?

FCC certification application process
